Kenneth Cole renamed his company Kenneth Cole Productions, and applied for a permit to shoot the film "the birth of a shoe companyā€¯ in downtown Manhattan. Posing as a film maker, Cole went on to sell all 40,000 pairs of shoes in just 2 days.
Today Kenneth Cole Productions is a global design company, and it all started with one mans resourcefulness.
